2003 Salem County Flu Clinics
The cost of the flu shot will be $10. The shot is free to regular Medicare Part B recipients with Medicare ID cards. (Salem County Department of Health is unable to bill any other insurance companies)
On Friday, October 17, 2003, a Flu clinic will be held at the Carney’s Point Municipal Building Lobby located at 303 Harding Highway, Carney’s Point, NJ 08069 from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. This clinic is open to Salem County Residents, age 18 and older.
On Monday, October 20, 2003, a Flu clinic will be held at the Pilesgrove Borough Hall located at 1180 US Highway 40, Pilesgrove, NJ 08098 from 9:30 am to 12 Noon. This clinic is open to Salem County Residents, age 18 and older.
On Thursday, October 23, 2003, a Flu clinic will be held at St John’s Episcopal Church, Parish Hall, located at the corner of Market and Grant Streets, Salem, NJ 08079 from 9:30 am to 12 Noon. This clinic is open to Salem County Residents, age 18 and older.
On Wednesday, October 29, 2003, a Flu clinic will be held at the Leisure Arms Complex Community Building in Harmersville, NJ for LAC Residents ONLY (age 18 and older), from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm. Elsinboro and Quinton Residents ONLY (age 18 and older), from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
On Thursday, October 30, 2003, a Flu clinic will be held at the Queen of Apostles Church, 391 South Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. This clinic is open to Salem County Residents, age 18 and older.
On Friday, October 31, 2003, a Flu clinic will be held at Elmer Borough Hall, located at 120 South Main Street, Elmer, NJ 08318 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. This clinic is open to Salem County Residents, age 18 and older.
On Thursday, November 6, 2003, a Flu clinic will be held at the Alloway Community Center, South Greenwich Street, Alloway, NJ 08001 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. This clinic is open to Salem County Residents, age 18 and older.
On Friday, November 14, 2003, a Flu clinic will be held at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Parish Hall, located at the corner of Market and Grant Streets, Salem, NJ 08079 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. This clinic is open to Salem County Residents, age 18 and older.
